Coordinate and facilitate all Global and local OI (QHSE) related management structures and programmes in the Country.
You will file immediately to the Managing Director with a dotted line to the Regional OI Manager. The function is based in Mwanza, Tanzania.
Coordinating the region OI, Quality Coordinators and protection representatives, Managing the Country Quality Objectives and OI Top Page, make sure united states of america implementation of SGS wide OI and Quality activities along with Safe Start, Stellar, Safety Month, Quarterly Campaigns, Best Practice Sharing, SGS Rules for Life, Stop Work Authority, BBS and so on. And strategic planning, Assist line control with the implementation of relevant ISO structures consisting of ISO 17020, ISO17025, ISO 9001,Facilitate management critiques at site and usa level, External liaison individual with accreditation our bodies along with CALA, SANAS and KENAS, Linking the Regional OI and Quality Strategy to the country and location sports assuring alignment, operational implementation of Global OIMS, Quality Standards and neighborhood regulatory necessities through use of worldwide assessment gear and auditing/assurance procedures and timely reporting of OI relevant items together with incidents, near misses, hazards and KPIs within the usa the use of Crystal.
You have to have bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an QHSE related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in QHSE and or Industrial enjoy in Quality related pastime such as laboratory testing or inspection activity. HSE certification favored, Sufficient knowledge of English to communicate with the Regional OI Manager and Quality Managers, to understand Global OI is an added benefit.
