Job Purpose:
To provide green and effective help inside the management of DCL Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) initiatives, packages, techniques, trainings, paintings practices and controls to be implemented and monitored for effectiveness and chronic development for regulatory compliance & DCL HSE standards.
Job Roles (Duties & Responsibilities):
To assist the Head HSE in identifying and assessing dangers and viable HSE risks of all aspects of plant operations and offer input into identification and mitigation of risks.
Daily presence within the plant, make sure proper housework requirements are stored within the location of obligation.
To conduct every day plant inspections for HSE Compliance.
Participate in incident investigation and practise of formal reviews on findings consisting of pointers to Head HSE.
To execute and comply with up HSE corrective movement plans.
To participate in HSE conferences and deliver trainings as required.
Provide safety cognizance thru leading with the aid of example.
Develop daily reviews on inspections.
Report any unsafe acts, situations or close to miss.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
Degree in environmental technological know-how /Engineering or associated research.
Certification on NOSHIC I and/or NOSHIC II.
Experience of as a minimum 2 years in HSE.
Experience in cement Industry may be added benefit.
Strong technical abilties & Proactive mindset.
Able to reply to heavy needs and high work strain.
Good knowledge/competencies on simple laptop softwares.
