CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CAREER
Operates power instrumentality and hand tools to put in, maintain and repair irrigation systems and connected elements as well as irrigation lines, mechanical device heads, management panels, valves, pumps, etc.
Checks system for correct operation and temporal order.
May participate within the style or modification of recent or existing systems.
Performs seasonal maintenance like system charging and debilitating.
Maintains inventory of connected elements and provides.
May lead employees on irrigation comes and work on different grounds connected assignments PRN.
KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS and talents OF THE CAREER
Knowledge of tools, equipment, techniques, skills, materials, and ways of irrigation system style, installation and maintenance.
Ability to scan blueprints, schematics and drawings.
Ability to grasp and follow verbal and written directions.
Ability to control instrumentation like trenching machines and excavation tools and different connected grounds/landscape instrumentation.
Ability to scan and write in English and possess sensible mathematics skills.
Ability to guide and direct the work of others.
Ability to figure in safe and economical manner.
