Visit online Crdb website even if you are using other bank account.

STEP 2.
Click three parallel line as shown in the picture below
STEP 3.
Click MY APPLICATION
STEP 4.
Click APLICATION TYPE and select HESLB.
STEP 5.
In application reference, write your Form four index number Example S5077.0026.2017 then submit your request and wait until loading complete .....
STEP 6.
You will see your allocation status.
PENDING means your loan item Meals and Accomodation has been approved so you need to sign your item (verify) with your fingerprint in 30days.
