Equipped for coaching St Jude's alumni on preparedness and awareness of the assorted college life
Fit for conducting studios, classes and consultations with our alumni on issues connecting with college life
Fit for teaching St Jude's alumni and their families about college admissions, government advances and awards, monetary guide or grant prospects
Passionate about releasing alumni potential to successfully finish higher education
You nod off around evening time dreaming about making effective admissions, retention and fruitful completion for our alumni
What you'll do
Support St Jude's Form six (6) graduates inside the Beyond St Jude's (BSJ) program during their seminar on issues of higher education; including admissions, scholastic and public activity, psychological wellness and so forth
Carry out a standing tutoring program for BSJ researchers including peer mentorship
Work with Beyond St Jude's Officer-Administration to guarantee St Jude's Child Protection and Personal Protection Policies are maintained by all BSJ volunteers and researchers
Support BSJ Coordinator for Higher Education with exploration of tertiary institutions and suggest upgrades
Liaise with college administrators and make positive relationships that will help make Beyond St Jude's and Scholars' operations simpler
Go to important tertiary studios and education fairs to stay current with NACTE/TCU/HESLB/college information and share the information with both BSJ and Career Guidance groups.
What we're searching for
Four year college education Holder in Sociology, Psychology, Counseling or related fields
Something like 2 years working in the education area.
Capability in composed and communicated in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated mentorship experience inside the education area for youths matured between 18-24 years.
Great organizational skills, using time productively, and capacity to work autonomously
